We are a family owned business residing in the east valley.  We started in 2004 and because of your great response have been able to increase our inventory each year.  We strive to provide clean, top of the line units that meet the needs of our customers.  We take our customers feedback seriously.  We welcome feedback concerning our website or recommendations for new purchases.  One recent change due to customer request is to add our prices to the website.  We understand that your time is valuable and when surfing websites it is beneficial to both you and us to have our prices displayed.  Additionally, we display all our units available for rent for the same reason.   

At this time we service residential and small commercial.  We are fully licensed and insured and are registered with the City parks.  Reservations are taken on a first come basis. We recommend reserving a bouncer 2-4 weeks in advance depending on the month to insure we have the unit available.   We don’t require deposits but ask if you need to cancel that you do so at least 3 days in advance.   

Our delivery area is listed on our home page.  We do try to accommodate and sometimes go outside our delivery area if our schedule permits.  A delivery charge would be charged in those cases. 

 Thursdays are call back days to confirm party arrangements, set delivery times and collect payment.  Cash sales are due at delivery.  Credit card sales are run on Fridays.  We do not accept checks. 

We prefer setting units up on grass.  We charge a $50.00 cleaning fee for dirt.  Rock requires you to lay down cardboard to help protect the unit.  Some units we will only set up on grass.  It is your responsibility to make sure we have a clear path and ample space to accommodate the unit and blower.  Areas should be free of rocks, weeds, pet droppings or other items that might damage the unit. Sprinklers need to be turned off.   All units are staked into the ground so please select an area free of water lines.  Fixing of sprinkler/water lines is the responsibility of the homeowner.  All rules should be followed to guarantee a fun and accident free party.  Silly string is prohibited. 

 Party Bouncers reserves the right to charge for damages to the unit due to negligence or additional cleaning fees for use of prohibited items inside the unit (food, drink, silly string).
